Restroom

The pre renovated home was lacking a fully functioning and heated downstairs loo that was easy to access from the garden or other communal areas of the downstairs. The situation was proving difficult for a family who had a toddler and young children requiring immediate facilities. To resolve the needs, the warren of corridors that made up an old lean-to extension were removed, and the room was replumbed for heating and drainage. The restroom was repositioned, and new exterior doors were added to the extension to offer direct access to the facilities from the garden, office, dining room or kitchen.
